Choose the name, initials, date or message offered for your piece. We carry those details through to the finished design, taking care with every line, surface and finish. An engraving is never simply an add-on; it is often the reason the gift matters.

Every order is prepared from the information you provide, checked before dispatch and supported after delivery. We consider how each piece looks, feels and holds your message.

Returns or replacements are available only for faults on Memorra's side: damage on arrival, a wrong product, an incorrect engraving that differs from your confirmed order, or a manufacturing defect.

Report delivery-related issues within 7 days of delivery. An uncut, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time is required for any return or replacement request.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is 6–7 days from the date the order is placed, including production and dispatch time.

Shipping is free on every order. You will receive tracking details once your parcel leaves the studio. Delivery timelines may vary for remote destinations and during peak gifting periods.
