Memorra creates personalised jewellery and gifts made to mark the moments that matter. Each piece is designed in-house, finished with care and engraved with a name, date or detail that belongs to you.

Every order is packed as a gift, with personalisation checked by our studio before dispatch.

Returns or replacements are available only for faults on Memorra's side: damage on arrival, a wrong product, an incorrect engraving that differs from your confirmed order, or a manufacturing defect.

Report delivery-related issues within 7 days of delivery. An uncut, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time is required for any return or replacement request.

Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. For help, contact support@memorra.co with your order number.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is 6–7 days from the date the order is placed, including production and dispatch time.

Shipping is free on every order. You will receive tracking details once your parcel leaves the studio. Delivery timelines may vary for remote pin codes and during peak gifting periods.

Memorra is operated by Sahyog Metal Products. We collect contact and order information, personalisation details, gift-recipient information, payment and transaction records, customer-support correspondence, device and website-use information, reviews and collaboration enquiries.

We use this information to process and personalise orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the store. We do not sell personal information. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@memorra.co.

By using memorra.co or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and personalisation information.

You are responsible for checking names, initials, spelling, dates, messages, size, colour, finish and quantity before ordering. Personalised products are made using the details you submit. If Memorra reproduces those details correctly, a later preference change or customer spelling error is not normally a manufacturing fault.

Prices, payment methods, dispatch estimates and availability are shown on the website and at checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
